These Terms govern your rights and responsibilities when posting content on our website. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to submit listings.
1.2. You must provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.
1.3. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any user account or listing that violates our policies.
2. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
2.1. You may only submit listings for livestock, farming essentials, and related accessories as per our platform’s categories.
2.2. Listings must contain genuine and accurate information about the item.
2.3. Uploading misleading, fraudulent, or offensive content is strictly prohibited.
2.4. Listings must comply with Indian laws related to animal trade and online transactions.
3. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, modify, and distribute it for promotional purposes.
3.2. You must have ownership rights or permission to post the content.
3.3. We may use your listing information for marketing, and search engine optimization to improve visibility.
4. LISTING APPROVAL & MODERATION
4.1. All submitted listings will undergo review and approval before being published.
4.2. We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing without prior notice if it violates our guidelines or receives complaints.
4.3. Users who repeatedly submit fraudulent, spammy, or inappropriate content may be permanently banned.
5. PAID LISTINGS & FUTURE MONETIZATION
5.1. Currently, all listings are free of charge; however, we may introduce paid features in the future, including:
Premium Listings (Featured placements for better visibility)
Subscription Plans (Monthly/Yearly access to exclusive features)
Advertisement Services (Promotions on our platform and social media)
5.2. Users will be notified in advance about any paid features or changes to the pricing structure.
5.3. We reserve the right to modify pricing, discounts, and subscription terms as needed.
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You must not use our platform for:
6.1. Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal transactions.
6.2. Misrepresenting the ownership, quality, or condition of an item.
6.3. Engaging in scams, phishing, or cyber fraud.
6.4. Violating animal welfare laws or engaging in unauthorized livestock sales.
7. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
7.1. We act as a classified listing platform and do not verify buyers or sellers.
7.2. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content or transactions.
7.3. We are not responsible for any disputes, frauds, or losses arising from transactions between users.
7.4. Users must exercise caution while communicating or making payments to third parties.
8. REPORTING & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. If you suspect fraud, fake listings, or suspicious activity, report it via contact us.
8.2. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension or legal reporting.
8.3. Disputes between users should be resolved privately; we do not mediate buyer-seller conflicts.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
9.1. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
9.2. Continued use of our platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.

10.1. These Terms are governed by Indian law.
